The little things...

Things that are making me smile this week...

A present from my boss/friend/surrogate mum to celebrate passing one module of my proofreading course and to help me along with the next.

Having time tonight to sit and read my magazine instead of cooking!

Sunshine streaming through my office window and casting golden light over my finger tips as I type.

Getting a candlestick thrown at me by my 1 year old nephew during a tantrum (what can I say, it was funny!)

The end of a huge work deadline and the knowledge that I have done well :)

Writing. Anything.

Reading Bill Bryson.

Maddie. Just being Maddie.
